Conclusion:

 

 

From this experiment, it was concluded that the calcium channel blocking drugs Pimozide and Mibefradil and the estrogen receptor blocking Tamoxifin significantly inhibit the proliferation of human breast cancer cells grown in culture, although they are dose dependant. Mibefradil and Tamoxifin tend to induce necrosis among the cells, while Pimozide tends to induce apoptosis among cells.
