My project was about finding which fruit or
vegetable conducts electricity the best. I tested the AC and DC voltages
and the resistance with a multimeter. I tested the pH with pH paper. |

To find out which fruit or vegetable
conducts electricity the best. |
1.6 different fruits and vegetables |
2.Multimeter |
3.Zinc screw |
4.Copper wire |
1. Insert the copper wire and zinc screw into
opposite ends of fruit #1 |
2.Hold the positive end of the multimeter (red)
to the copper wire and the negative end (black) to the zinc. |
3.Record the reading on the multimeter. |
4.Disconnect the fruit or vegetable from the
circuit and slice it open.Wet a strip of pH paper with its juice and
determine the pH value. |
5.Repeat steps 1-4 using the other fruits and
vegetables. |
