For this project, I let mold grow on bread so
that I could observe the growth process. I observed all of the stages from
the white-fluffy stage to the green and shorter mold stage. The bread was
left in a clear plastic bag so it was easier to check, and after the green
stage, I could see lots of moisture and some yellow liquid which was
expelled from the mold. It was quite interesting to check everyday, as it
change quite rapidly, but for this reason, it is difficult to keep for too
long! |
