       Welcome to our virtual science fair website.  This website is all about biospheres. A biosphere is as ecosystem contained inside a building or dome.  A biosphere usually has several chambers for example a rainforest chamber, a desert chamber, an ocean chamber etc.  Biospheres are very exiting structures made out of mainly glass domes so that the sunlight can penetrate through to let the heat into the designated room.  These rooms also have various temperature controls for extreme weather simulation.  You  could take a tropical vacation by just walking in to the rainforest room.  The biosphere2 (on your left) is the biggest biosphere in the whole entire world.   Throughout our website we talk about exiting things like when scientists lived in the biosphere two for several years, the Biosphere 2 in Arizona, how we made our mini biosphere with wooden dowels and plastic insulation , and the history of the biosphere.
